Two Phase 3 studies opened in atopic dermatitis during the same edition window. Nektar is advancing rezpegaldesleukin in a 510 participant study, while Pfizer is testing tilrekimig in a 375 participant study.
The category also includes GSK’s 136 participant Phase 2/3 study of momelotinib in VEXAS syndrome, a rare inflammatory condition first described only a few years ago.
Together, these trials show two sides of immunology development. Large competitive markets are still drawing major Phase 3 investment, while newer disease areas are moving into more structured clinical testing.
