Site Overview
University Hospital Cologne (Uniklinik Köln) is one of Germany’s largest and most research-intensive academic medical centers, with a highly developed clinical trials ecosystem spanning all phases of clinical research. As the clinical arm of the University of Cologne, it conducts a wide range of investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials, from early translational studies to large international Phase II–IV multicenter trials. A central pillar of its infrastructure is the Clinical Trials Centre Cologne (CTC Cologne / ZKS Köln), a GCP- and ISO-certified unit that provides end-to-end support for study design, regulatory and ethics submissions, project management, monitoring, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, and quality assurance.
