The Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia (IORS), located in Belgrade, is a leading public, tertiary-care oncology center in Serbia. As a state-owned institution, it serves as one of the country’s primary hubs for comprehensive cancer care, integrating prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up within a single system. IORS offers a full spectrum of oncology services, including advanced diagnostic capabilities such as imaging and molecular pathology, along with multidisciplinary treatment approaches. These include medical oncology (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy) and advanced radiation oncology techniques such as IMRT and stereotactic radiosurgery. The institute works in close coordination with surgical units, enabling holistic cancer management.
